Oracle Validated Integration
RAPS has been validated by Oracle as a JD Edwards EnterpriseOne integrated solution, giving you confidence that your asset management platform meets the highest standards of JDE compatibility and integrity.
RAPS provides a configurable asset inspection and testing solution that enables work scheduling and mass changes from a single form. Sophisticated, hierarchical preventative maintenance plans allow PM schedules to be applied and updated at scale across your entire asset fleet.
Built entirely on the JD Edwards platform, RAPS extends the capabilities of native Capital Asset Management without replacing the systems your operations teams already know. From mobile inspections in the field to centralised planning in the office, RAPS unifies your asset management process end to end.
Speak to our teamRAPS comprises four deeply integrated modules, each designed to address a specific stage of the capital asset lifecycle within JD Edwards EnterpriseOne.
Centralised, reusable service cycle definitions with hierarchical PM schedule management. Apply one strategy change across all similar assets at once.
Learn moreAsset and condition-based inspection management extending native JDE Quality Management with configurable test methods, tolerances, and automated notifications.
Learn moreSingle-view planning for major maintenance events. Manage all work orders for a shutdown or major service from one screen with automated rescheduling.
Learn moreGraphical drag-and-drop work order allocation to resources and schedules, with visual availability indicators that eliminate guesswork for planners.
Learn moreService Logic centralises the definition of repetitive service cycles into reusable Cycle Type elements, which define service intervals for all meters and days along with the sequence of Cycle Step service types in each cycle. The solution integrates the process of centralising associated Cycle Step service types for traditional non-cyclic service types.
Hierarchical rules determine which Cycle Types apply to an asset based on its equipment attributes and Category Codes, so a single strategy change pushes out to all matching assets automatically without touching each record individually.
Define reusable cycle definitions that cover every meter interval and service sequence. Link Cycle Types to asset hierarchies once and RAPS applies them wherever the rules match, with full support for overrides and exceptions.
Update a single Cycle Type and the change propagates to all equipment matching the hierarchy rules. No manual updates required across individual assets, keeping your entire fleet in sync with the latest PM strategy.

Quality Management Workbench extends native JDE Quality Management and Condition Based Maintenance, integrating both modules to deliver powerful conditional assessment functionality. Organisations can define specific test methods such as checklist items, then combine them into a specification. Asset or asset-class specific tolerances determine failure and warning limits automatically.
Quality Management Workbench can also trigger the Rinami Cantara Integration Platform for push notifications when results fall outside defined tolerances, ensuring critical condition breaches are never missed in the field.
Maintenance Planning Workbench greatly simplifies managing multiple Work Orders when planning major maintenance events such as shutdowns or major services. Users get a single view of the maintenance event and all associated Work Orders, with full allocation and scheduling control from one screen.
Adjust Planned Start or Finish Dates at the Maintenance Event level and all associated Work Orders reschedule automatically. Resource assignments and routing operations update to match, eliminating the need to touch each Work Order individually.
Add or remove Work Orders from a Maintenance Event directly from the workbench. Full allocation management gives planners direct control over scope without navigating between multiple JDE screens or forms.
When a Maintenance Event is rescheduled, all related Work Orders and their dependent schedule elements including resource assignments are updated automatically, keeping the plan consistent with minimal planner effort.
View the complete picture of a maintenance event from one screen: all assigned Work Orders, their status, schedules, and resource allocations. No switching between forms to understand the scope of a planned shutdown.
Maintenance Execution Planner is a graphical tool giving planners a visual interface to allocate Work Orders to resources and schedules using drag-and-drop. Remaining schedule availability is shown visually, so planners can see exactly where capacity exists before making allocations.

Allocate Work Orders by dragging. No numeric keyboard entry or manual date selection required.
Assign to Users, Work Centers, Business Units, or Crew from a single planning screen.
See remaining schedule availability at a glance before committing any allocation.
Configure setup and tear-down times for standard jobs. MEP factors these into schedules automatically.
