AIS (Application Interface Services)
CIP7 is available across three regions: United States, Belgium, and Australia. Choose the region that meets your data-sovereignty requirements, and your access and configuration data stays in that region too, held in a dedicated regional database.
Each region operates from a known IP pool, making Customer Firewall whitelisting straightforward and predictable.
Lightweight software deployed within your network, typically co-located on the AIS server. Agents can also run separately, with more than one deployed as required.

The Cantara Access Service is now stateless. Sessions are no longer tied to individual nodes. All access servers share state through a centralised memory cache, providing seamless load balancing, higher availability, and improved fault tolerance.

CIP7 supports OAuth 2.0 SSO and IdP-driven user provisioning, connecting directly with Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, and other corporate identity systems. Group-based permissions are managed through your own IdP for a single, secure source of truth.
